1. Digital Products Delivery

Upon successful payment and verification of your UTR number, your digital product is instantly unlocked and available for download in your Buyer Dashboard. Because the product cannot be "returned," we cannot process refunds.

2. Exceptional Circumstances

If you experience technical difficulties downloading your file, please contact our support team immediately. We will ensure you receive the product you paid for, but a refund will not be issued.
